Defective Items

Customers should contact Area 0264 in respect of any Defective Merchandise in 14 Days by emailing the Customer Care team at sales0264@chancogroup.com. Shipping, tax and duties on the Defective Merchandise will not be charged. Area 0264 reserves the right to request photographic support regarding Defective Merchandise before authorizing a exchange.

Discrepancy between photos and products

Area 0264 strives to ensure the consistency of photos displayed on e-Shop and the actual products. However, due to different qualities of digital screens, we have no control over the accuracy of product colour to be displayed on the website. Photos and descriptions are based on the true status of the product upon photo-shooting, and should only serve a referencing purpose. Nature Leather has its natural texture, it is normal for worm spots or uneven colors 

Area 0264 reserves the right to edit incorrect or incomplete information without prior notice.

Purchase Order

Credit card authorization and proof of address must be confirmed before payment. No change or cancellation is accepted once a purchase order is confirmed. All orders received in the morning will be processed in the afternoon of the same working day (Hong Kong Time); all orders received in the afternoon will be processed in the next working day. Product Availability

Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock on the “Online Shop” and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible. We shall offer you the option of reconfirming your order according to the correct quantity available in stock, to cancel your order or arrange for exchange. We shall return the full amount as soon as possible. In case we fail to contact you using the contact information you provided when placing your order, we shall deal with the items which is out-of-stock as cancelled and the whole amount of this item will be refunded.
